Well, I suppose any graphic is also a picture but here I am talking about real looking scenes and depictions. I do not deal with picture restorations and alterations, except for one example ;-) , as they are not strictly computer generated. Some of these were produced with the help of a scanner. The scenery section deals with scene generators which can produce beautiful panoramas without much human help. Tessellations are those intriguing interlocking pictures made famous by Echer.
